4. Return Policy
We accept returns up to 15 days from the date the item ships. The item must be in unused and resalable condition, and must be returned in its original packaging along with all original parts. Please contact us first at returns@promarineshop.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number, as well as return instructions.
Due to fees charged to us by our merchant account provider, we must assess a return fee of 5%, or the shipping charge - whichever is higher, for all returns that do not involve a defective unit. We do not want to assess this fee, but we lose time and money if we do not.

Any item shipped to a Massachusetts address can expect to pay local sales tax.
8. When should I expect delivery?
You will receive a Tracking Number as soon as we receive it from our carriers. Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the next business day after you order; many times it's the same day. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping times apply. Depending on your location and the volume being handled by our carriers at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipment.
9. How safe is my credit card information?
When you buy from Pro Marine Inc., your credit card purchase is processed in real time by secure eCommerce servers run by Yahoo!. We process all orders within 24 hours. If there is a backorder for any reason your will be notified within 24 hours. General shipping times in the continental US ensure order receipt within 72 hours. Overnight shipping is available before 3:00pm.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We understand that incorrect product ordering can happen and do our best to accomodate returns. If an item is postmarked within 24 hours there is no restocking fee. From 24 hours to seven business days after ordering product there is a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Charges are not refundable unless it is our mistake (we honor all shipping mistakes)
